人(rén )才队伍建(jiàn )设(shè )是提(tí )升托(tuō )育服务质(zhì )量的保障。面对当前(qián )托(tuō )育专(zhuān )业人才短缺这(zhè )一瓶颈,长沙师范学(xué )院学前教育学(xué )院院长张(zhāng )晓(xiǎo )辉建议,从(cóng )教(jiāo )师专(zhuān )业标准体(tǐ )系建设出(chū )发,将(jiāng )托(tuō )育机构师(shī )资(zī )纳(nà )入(rù )其(qí )中(zhōng ),提高托育服务(wù )专(zhuān )业化水平(píng );从(cóng )学历(lì )提升(shēng )和专业成(chéng )长考虑(lǜ ),拓宽(kuān )专业人员发展路(lù )径,增强托育机构从业(yè )人员对职(zhí )业的归属感、荣誉(yù )感(gǎn )。
